Als je jezelf betrapt op een gedachte als: \u201cGoh dit gaat weer niet lukken zeker, ik krijg nooit het geld bijeen om die mooie brommer te kopen\u201d, dan kan je daadwerkelijk STOP zeggen. Dan klinkt het alsof je er niks kan aan doen, je zit eigenlijk af te wachten tot iemand je het grote lot aanreikt en je eindelijk alles hebt wat je denkt nodig te hebben. Dan is de kans ook veel groter dat er iets verandert in je leven. Als je negatief denkt, sla je de deur dicht voor de kans zich kan aandienen. Als je snoeit, kan je gaan kijken naar wat je wil behouden en wat niet. Welke tak mag blijven, welke gaat eruit. Kiezen dus. Behalve als het om gedachten gaat. Die overheersen, die leggen zo&#8217;n beslag op ons dat ze overheersen. Ons hoofd zit er vol van! Oefenen dus!
